Subject: JV-1080 and SY99 Bank Select messages

Hi all:

Here's some info for all you SY99 users out there.  Below are the bank
select and program change messages to send from the SY99 to the JV-1080.
For patches 1-128 enter that value.  For patches 129-255 just subtract 128
from the value and send it.  The formula for the bank select messages (BS)
is as follows:

          BS = [MSB*128] + [LSB] + 1

These also work for performances and rhythm sets.  Just make sure the JV is
in the performance or rhythm mode and set the appropriate midi channels on
the SY and JV.  In the preset and user memories, the program change is from
1-32 for performances and 1-2 for rhythm sets .
